Be sure to send both copy B & copy 2 of the 1099-MISC form to each intended recipient by January 31, 2014.
Extension Exception: If you are reporting payments in boxes 8 or 14, the due date is extended to February 18, 2014.Be sure to file Copy A of the - SCANNABLE - 1099-MISC form with the IRS by February 28, 2014.
